Every woman can connect to the energy of her uterus, a very powerful energy center that remains present and accessible even if the organ has been removed from the physical body.This ceremony is medium to high intensity & you are free to go as deep as you wish. We create a caring & safe space where you are free & responsible to respect your limit & rhythm.

Major contraindications

Breathwork (active breathing)
is contraindicated for individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, severe asthma, glaucoma, or serious mental health disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder). It is also not recommended for pregnant women, people who have recently undergone surgery, or those taking antidepressants or anti-anxiety medications.
